We offer our guests a traditional breakfast each morning at a time designated by you.
Hearty country-style breakfasts, cooked- to-order, feature juice, homemade muffins and sweet breads; eggs, and omelets with fresh vegetables (in season) grown on the premises; toast, individual hash brown casseroles, with your choice of sausage, bacon or Canadian bacon. Pancakes, Belgium waffles, French toast with real New York State syrup and fresh-brewed coffee/tea round out the menu. Seasonal fresh fruit will also be served with a choice of five different juices. Light fare (hot & cold cereals), gluten free, vegan and/or special dietary options are also available. Please don’t hesitate to ask!
